We ship out of Murrieta, CA.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days.

Montage Athlete operates on a made-to-order model, meaning we print and produce each item as it’s ordered, ensuring no excess stock and reducing waste.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays and major holidays. Below are a list of holidays we will not be operating on:

Montage Athlete cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs, etc.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship via USPS, DHL and UPS Ground. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 10-15 days, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification. If your order is over $100 and you live in the United States, you will receive free standard shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, we will update your order confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.

Once you receive a tracking number from Montage Athlete, We are not responsible for Lost/Stolen order.

WHAT IS MONTAGE ATHLETE'S RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise, therefore all sales are final. Montage Athlete takes pride in producing high-quality products and stand behind our workmanship. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address the issue.

If for some reason your order is defective or damaged please contact our customer service contact@MontageAthlete.onmicrosoft.com immediately.
Please note if your order is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address it is the customers responsibility to pay the postage for a re-shipment.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please ensure prior to placing your order that your shipping address is correct. Montage Athlete will NOT assume responsibility for the cost of transportation to re-ship any orders that are "returned to sender" due to an inaccurate or incorrect address. These orders are also not subject to cancellation, and the customer will be responsible for the transportation charges to re-ship the returned order to the correct address.
MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please email us within 5 days of receiving the product with photos.

If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Montage Athlete's responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.

If we deem the item faulty, We will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, You will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary. We will notify you and ask you to contact Us via email to settle the refund.
