  • How does this benefit the athlete?
    Montage Athlete benefits the athletes by enhancing their personal brand, providing a new revenue stream through custom merchandise sales, and increasing their exposure and professional support.
  • How much $ does a Montage Athlete earn?
    Every athlete at Montage will earn a different percentage depending on their background. The percent range an athlete can profit from us is 6-15%. % can increase if athlete sells more product from their line.
  • How does Montage Athlete pay their athletes?
    Montage Athlete tracks athletes' sales and issues monthly payments via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. Once an athlete's collection is live, they will receive their earnings at the end of each month.
  • How do I sign up as an athlete?
    Fill out the athlete form to become a Montage Athlete. Form is located on our menu.
  • Does Montage Athlete sell their own brand apparel?
    Yes! Find Montage Athlete brand gear here on our website! 'Montage Merch' on our menu.
  • How much is shipping?
    We offer free standard shipping on all United States orders over $100. If your purchase is under $100 USD, the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page.
  • What if my product is lost or stolen?
    Once Montage Athlete drops your order off at the shipping office and you receive a shipping number, we are NO longer responsible for the package. And we cannot give refunds for lost or stolen packages.
  • What if my product is wrong or faulty?
    If you believe you have received a incorrect or faulty product, please email us at contact@MontageAthlete.onmicrosoft.com within 5 days of receiving the product with photos. If the item is deemed as incorrect or faulty we will If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Montage Athlete's responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses. ​ If we deem the item faulty, We will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, You will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary. We will notify you and ask you to contact Us via email to settle the refund.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise, therefore all sales are final.
